My goal as your therapist is to help you find a pathway to your best self and life. I believe that those who desire to seek help can find ways to live their best life. I welcome the opportunity to help those who desire to find ways to live a new life with new skills. I believe that there is a way to live your best life in ways that feel right for you. I believe that there is a way to work with past trauma, current situations, and internal feelings to learn new strategies to help one live their best life. I also believe that everyone works in their own way to move forward in life. I completely understand and respect the time and space needed to make these changes in life.
