It is my sincere belief that we all can benefit from a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the most vulnerable parts of ourselves. We all have a need to be seen and heard. It is my hope to create such an environment with the therapeutic relationship at its core. Utilizing a primarily relational, psychodynamic approach, I work with my clients to create a treatment plan that reflects their needs, goals and values.
