Hi! I work with individuals, couples, and families with adult children who are confident in some areas of their life, such as career, friendships or creative pursuits, and are struggling/seeking support in other areas such as relationships and/or life transitions. I believe happy, healthy relationships and active participation in life happen when people feel their feelings, discover safety and connection in the present, continuously learn about their environment, take care of their bodies, trust their power and/or a Higher Power to create a life that mirrors the Love that they are, and question and choose their thoughts.
