I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Cal State East Bay, and my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maine at Fort Kent. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over six years as a case manager in Aroostook County, Maine, supporting individuals and families through mental health and community-based services.
