I adore working with clients who would describe themselves as unique, quirky, creative, witchy, curious, expressive and/or intuitive. Some of my therapeutic specialties and interests include supporting people with chronic illness and pain, developmental trauma, and people who want to explore their nervous systems. If you've ever felt like you were "stuck" in fight/flight or felt so overwhelmed that it was difficult to move, I deeply relate and am here to support you. We might be a perfect match if you want someone to guide you in holding your deep pain while also recognizing your capacity for healing, growth, and expansion.
