So many couples love each other but trigger the heck out of each other with long-standing habits and (mis)communication patterns, to the point that even their best friend and beloved can come to feel more like a roommate, at best, or reviled enemy, at worst. In working with me, couples learn to name the micromoments just before the rupture, and to respond to them gracefully and in ways that exhibit care and build intimacy and trust.
