I’m a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist whose passion is to connect with people and join them in their journey of growth and healing. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space centered around compassion, acceptance, and change. I have several years of experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and Christian counseling. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered, and attachment-based theories. I work with all ages from adolescents to seniors, and in any life transitional period.
