Hi, I’m Marinda, a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a deep breath, not another thing on your to-do list. I work primarily with women who are overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying more responsibility than anyone can see. Many of my clients look “high-functioning” on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck inside. They’re not striving for perfection, they’re looking for relief from the mental load, clarity in relationships, and space to feel like themselves again.
