Mario is a bilingual therapist proficient in Spanish and English; Mario was born and raised in El Salvador. Mario earned an undergraduate degree in psychology in El Salvador before moving to Saint Louis, Missouri to study a masters degree in counseling. Mario is an LPC in the state of Missouri. Mario has previous experience working on school counseling and also with adolescents and adults who experience substance abuse problems. Mario practices therapy from a person center humanistic perspective. Mario’s core values in therapy are to encourage and practice mutual honesty and respect by meeting each client where they are at.
