Taking the step to seek support is a brave and powerful act, especially when life feels like it’s moving in ten directions at once. In therapy, my goal is to truly understand your unique brain, experiences, and challenges. If you’ve ever felt like “too much,” “not enough,” or like the world wasn’t built with you in mind, you’re not alone and you’re not broken. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating a space where you can show up fully (messy days and all). I believe in working with your brain and body, not against them, and in helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
