I work with adults who are facing health related struggles. Whether you're navigating a chronic health condition, coping with pain that won’t go away, grieving a loss, or managing long-term mental health challenges I am here to support you. If you're struggling to cope with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, grief, or a tough life transition you don’t have to go through it alone. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative. My goal is always to make you feel seen and heard, especially if you're not getting that support in daily life. I primarily use ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness interventions to help you reach your mental health goals.
