Marisa obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University in 2002 and has worked as a school counselor and LCSW in private practice for over 20 years. She specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship and social stressors, life transitions, grief/loss, attention/behavioral issues, emotional regulation and family changes. Marisa has a two year old mini Australian Labradoodle named Annie and she is now a registered pet therapy dog!
