I know what it feels like to be stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. Maybe it feels like your past has a grip on you, keeping you from truly feeling alive. You just want relief and to quiet the noise to finally feel at peace. You’re not alone. There is a way through this, and you don’t have to do it by yourself. Through our work together, I help people who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma break free from the past so they can move from just surviving to truly thriving. My goal is to help you overcome challenges, build resilience and reclaim the peace and clarity you deserve. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR trained) with my clients to help address past traumas, anxiety, depression, substance use and more. During our sessions I provide you with a safe, authentic and nonjudgmental space where you can feel at ease to be seen, heard, understood and validated.
