As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I focus on helping individuals identify and create healthy boundaries to assist in navigating and healing from life’s many challenges. Boundaries provide us with a blue print that shows the expectations we set for ourselves and others. They are created based on our experiences, our trauma and our hope. They can either be healthy or unhealthy and regardless, they impact and influence our relationships with others as well as our relationship with the world around us.
