I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the Central Coast of California and work with clients state-wide via telehealth. I have over 15 years of mental health experience, mostly in community mental health and school-based counseling services. I have worked with people with various concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and anger issues. It is important my clients feel comfortable and safe expressing themselves to share about their experiences. I will listen and have a calm and friendly approach.
