Psychotherapy is a process of accessing the lifeforce within you and learning how it can be expressed in accordance with your authentic life values. Whether it is the challenges brought on by anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance abuse/addiction or disordered eating that brings you to therapy, I work to establish a collaborative relationship that grows out of your personal narrative. Together we will discover how to overcome what is preventing you from leading the life you want. I have expertise in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and CBT, DBT and certification in treating eating disorders, addictions and alcoholism.
