Being a kid today can be so hard - and being the parent and raising them can be just as challenging and confusing. My unique background working in community mental health and schools has given me a wide range of experiences and expertise working with kids, families, and school staff, which now allows me to offer a more holistic lens in my work with children (ages 3+), teens, young adults, and parents. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and trauma and strive to create a safe, inviting, authentic, and judgment-free space where my clients can explore their strengths and understand their own unique skills and challenges better.
