I truly believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and their therapist. If you are walking a difficult path, feeling stuck at a crossroads, experiencing worry, anxiety or stress - you don't have to navigate this alone. I work with adults who are struggling with life’s more difficult moments, including managing depression, anxiety, gender identity struggles, pregnancy and postpartum, and recovering from painful memories or trauma.
