Most of us want to feel safe and comfortable connecting to both our true selves and to supportive others around us, but old hurts, anxieties, and unhelpful patterns can get in the way of living life the way we want to. In therapy, I aim to utilize warmth and humor to create a space where you can address these concerns while feeling safe and supported. I work with a variety of mental health and counseling concerns including OCD and OCD symptoms, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
