I’m a Professional Counselor helping older adults, caregivers and adult children navigate the challenges of aging family members so that they foster resilience and enhance quality of life for both generations. I help clients navigate a broken system for the aging population, learn how to honor loved ones with dignity, and protect their own well-being along the way. The ins-and-outs of aging loved ones and their desires are unique to each situation and family, but having an ally to walk alongside you to help your family to stay intact and healthy through it all is priceless. The process of aging and dying is difficult on families, period. The older adults can become lonely and caregivers are often forgotten in the process. My focus is to support and process through the difficulty of aging in order to live without regret.
