My approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your life; therefore, my goal is to assist you in working through your own struggles and self-discovery. In partnership, you and I will discuss and implement skills and strategies to meet your personal needs and goals. I can assist help with adjustment to life changes, parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, anger management, personal growth, and family or relationship conflict. I have a special interest in helping parents understand and support their child(ren) with ADHD as well as assisting adults with ADHD manage their daily life and relationships.
