About
You may feel pulled in different directions—one part of you longing for change or closeness, while another feels tired, protective, or unsure. You might carry grief, trauma, or losses that are hard to name, sensing them more in your body than in words. In my own journey, I learned that understanding alone was not enough. Many people come to therapy longing for a slower, kinder way of healing—one that supports safety, connection, and trust, and allows change to unfold gently. My work is shaped by Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) and my own lived experience. I listen not only to words, but also to sensations, emotions, and subtle shifts in the body. I integrate grief work as part of trauma healing, with care for how early relational experiences live on in the nervous system. I do not believe healing needs to be forced. My intention is to offer a warm, attuned space where all parts of you are welcome.
