I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, & families around issues of depression/anxiety, behavioral concerns, parenting, relationships/family issues, adjustment/transitions, and trauma. My role is to guide and support you in learning about and implementing skills that will assist you live your best life. I meet each client where you are and build on your strengths while identifying and strengthening your weaknesses. My style is not always “easy”, I will most often push you past your comfort zone, but I will always be empathetic and patient.
