I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults throughout the lifespan. More people than ever are experiencing issues related to burnout, isolation, loneliness, grief, illness and trauma. Sometimes it is too difficult to address these issues alone. I especially enjoy helping older adults transition and manage issues related to aging, caregiver stress, retirement, chronic illness, and grief/loss. I am client centered, relational, holistic in my approach and welcome LGBTQIA, BIPOC as well as neurodivergent clients.
