I work with adults and adolescents facing difficulties and/or wanting to better their lives from the inside out. I am assisting you to find the irrational thoughts that cause problematic moods.. Sessions are collaborative, interesting, challenging.... I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief and loss, stress management and work/career issues. My background includes an MSW from SUNY Stony Brook's School of Social Welfare in 1997. I also did post-graduate training in Rational Emotive Therapy (aka CBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute in NYC. I am licensed as an LCSW in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
