My approach to psychotherapy is existential and dynamic, and aims to help clients cultivate curiosity about who they are, access their internal motivations to change and grow, and build from this process of self-discovery and learning to become the person they envision for themselves. Therapy with me is always individualized to a client’s unique needs, and never one-size-fits all: with my support, clients are encouraged to discover their own path to growth and flourishing, while building effective emotional tools that sustain resilience and mind-body health in the long term.
