As a psychotherapist, I understand that making changes in one's life is not always easy. I view these life changes as a process, in which seemingly small changes need to be appreciated in order to facilitate the progression to larger life changes. Having two masters degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University provides an educational foundation with which to support individuals in a non-threatening and therapeutic manner, in a relaxed and comfortable office setting.
