I greatly enjoy working with adults on issues including relationships, anger, communications, anxiety, stress coping, grief, substance abuse, parenting, mild to moderate depression, and managing life with ADHD (especially since recently being late-diagnosed myself). In fact, while I was an 18/19-year-old college student, I saw a counselor at my college for anger and depression and it made an incredible, positive difference in my life. Now I have the privilege to provide caring, compassionate and confidential counseling to others. Evening and weekend appointments are available, in addition to some weekday daytime hours.
