Empowering Change is a trauma-informed practice that deeply respects and validates each client's unique life journey. We honor every individual's perspective, acknowledging that their interactions with the world are shaped by their past, including traumatic experiences. Each person's viewpoint is crafted through their life's narrative, shaping them into who they are destined to become. At times, individuals may seek support in defining their identity. Our mission is to assist our clients in realizing their true selves, unencumbered by their history. Mark is an EMDRIA trained therapist who utilizes a client-centered and solution focused approach to therapy. As a therapist he has the ability to engage those who may have had unpleasant experiences with therapy in the past. Mark’s passion is serving people who have been impacted by trauma, while serving young adults who are navigating life’s transitions.
