If you are on this page you know that life has its challenges There is suffering. Each of us in our own way is working to rise above our pain. For each of us these challenges are different. Some of us struggle with anxiety, others depression, some struggle to find love, others to end it. There are challenging relationships, children, work. Perhaps more difficult there is: death, loss, trauma, perhaps psychiatric or chronic medical illness. There is no shame in struggle. This is being human. It is also human to overcome this suffering, and create a life that reflects your deepest hopes, embodies courage, feels peaceful.
