I love what I do! I have been a therapist for the past 30 years. I have a holistic approach to therapy. I believe that our body and mind are so closely connected that they catch each others diseases. I use my background as a Behavior Analyst, Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist and Health Coach to inspire my clients to grow. I focus on CBT and Jungian-Inspired Psychotherapy. I serve as a guide to help people bring the unconscious into consciousness utilizing active imagination, dream interpretation, and fairy tale exploration.
