My intention as a therapist is to assist individuals in becoming more effective as they address the challenges and circumstances of their lives. I don't fix people! I equip them to connect directly and compassionately with themselves and others. Living in relationship with family and community is often painful and frightening because we lack sufficient skill or experience. I offer skills to support deep and honest connections that will expand our perspective on the problems that confront us and enable a transformation within us and around us.
