My goal is to be the last therapist you have to see, that when we are done working together you have the skills to be able to manage life on your own. I love facilitating change and would love to help you develop a better way of being. I have found that developing a better relationship with yourself is essential for many people to achieve their goals. Self-awareness is not self-criticism. Having had experience working with many different people from many different backgrounds and issues has helped me to see how I can fit the tools I carry into something useful for you. Our initial meeting will be a mix of information gathering and introduction of key concepts. I like to front load information about the mechanics of how we tick as human beings.
