I focus my practice on working exclusively with couples. My positive strength based method uses a warm, safe, empowering and collaborative approach that is highly educational and nonjudgmental. I am going to push you and your spouse in ways that may be uncomfortable and I will often give homework. However, as long as you put in the effort, are committed, vulnerable and honest, your relationship will thrive.
