As a Registered Play Therapist and certified in Synergetic Play Therapy, I believe every child and adolescent has the the ability to grow, heal, and thrive—especially when they feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach blends neuroscience with play-based, mindful, and relational techniques to help kids build emotional strength, regulation skills, and self-awareness.
