About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I take a humanistic person-centered approach to working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, addiction, and difficult life transitions. I have spent many years working in a community behavioral health setting with clients who struggle with severe mental illness and involvement in the criminal justice system. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan and am trained and versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma approaches including EMDR, as well as psychodynamic and depth modalities.
