Telehealth visits are now available. I have been providing counseling to individuals, couples and families since 1998. I have worked with clients from age 5 to 81 in addressing problems with mood and behavior, as well as relationships, and vocational problems. I practice a person-centered approach to your concerns, identify your goals and create a plan to achieve those goals. We may also use strategies from other therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.
