I integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic concepts from a trauma-informed perspective. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal struggles, substance abuse, psychosis, and LGBTQ-related issues.
