I focus on feelings. Feelings are the doorway to deep transformation. Feelings are what we have the most trouble with, understand the least, and reject the most. So I teach the acceptance of and learning from feelings. I first started working as a psychotherapist in 1991. I took detours into the software industry and later, into full-time Buddhist practice and years of meditative retreat. I have a background in physics and I love philosophy; and I've counseled scientists, intellectuals, doctors, business professionals, and other therapists; and the issue tends to be the same: feelings, and making sense of them.
