My name is Mark Sayre, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I have worked with individuals, couples, and families seeking counseling for over 18 years, both online and in person. I have worked with individuals, groups, couples, and families seeking counseling for over 18 years, both online and in person. Currently, I am enjoying working one-on-one with individuals via telehealth. Most of my career was spent working with people with moderate to severe mental health issues in the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Trauma, and Stress related issues.
