Hello and welcome! I work with adults who want to make improvements in their lives. I have extensive training and experience treating people who have substance use disorders, traumas and post traumatic stress, and in working with veterans and military families. I am solution-oriented and strive to help my clients find ways to improve their condition and resolve nagging difficulties. I have an eclectic approach to treatment and use cognitive and behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing, communication theory, systems theory, and neuro-linguistic programming.
