My soonest availability is the onset Tuesday 2/24, although 5pm on are full. As a practitioner, my primary goal is establishing a safe and open space for patients to explore and self-disclose. With 25 years of experience in working with adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health and/or addiction concerns, my experience and scope of expertise is broad-ranging. Over time, I have assisted hundreds of clients with complex emotional, relationship addiction & work/life issues. Through identifying patient strengths and past successes, my goal is to collaborate with clients in improving their quality of life. Skilled in several therapy modalities, although gravitate toward cognitive, behavioral and CBT based interventions. However, I am able to modify and implement a broad range of intervention styles most effective in meeting client needs. My goal is to develop a collaborative, working relationship with patients in order to facilitate positive change.
