As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience since graduating from Wheaton College in 1992, I bring extensive expertise in addressing both mental health and substance abuse challenges. My approach centers on building trust, which I see as the cornerstone of effective therapy. I work diligently to “earn the right to be heard” by meeting clients where they are, respecting their unique journey, and fostering a collaborative path toward healing and growth. I specialize in Christian counseling, trauma work and couples therapy. I ha e had extensive experience with chronic physical and mental illnesses as well.
