I am a psychotherapist who specializes in providing individual, relational, and sex therapy. I work with my clients to create safe, affirming space that allows them to explore the most challenging parts of their lives while celebrating and building upon their strengths. My approach to therapy is integrative and based on the specific needs and goals of the people I am working with, though my treatment methodology is grounded in psychodynamic, mindfulness based, and emotionally focused theories of therapeutic support. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of emotional, relational and sexual issues.
