I provide a compassionate, supportive, and welcoming space for adults of all ages. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals facing anxiety and depression, problematic relational dynamics, substance use and/or addictive behaviors, and life transitions. My approach is to work collaboratively from a Jungian perspective to help raise consciousness and to cultivate curiosity to explore inner and outer resources (both conscious and unconscious), such as your thoughts and feelings, your relationships, and your dreams, values, and imagination.
