Whether you are struggling with gaining control of your eating, body image issues, low self-esteem or unresolved trauma from the past, I am here to help you. I work well with teens and adults wanting to take a direct approach to improving their perspectives and behaviors. In my practice I see clients struggling with symptoms of trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.
