I create a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves, process emotions, and develop essential self-regulation skills. Play therapy not only manages challenges but also builds a foundation for long-term emotional resilience. Through a combination of play and relational attunement, I support children in: -Understanding and expressing emotions in a healthy way -Developing tools for self-regulation -Strengthening their ability to navigate relationships -Processing challenging life experiences in a safe and supportive way
