I enjoy working with adults and adolescents struggling with concerns like life changes, grief and loss, depression, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem and self-efficacy concerns, substance use and recovery, self-harm, and those experiencing suicidal ideation. Life happens and it all matters. As a a therapist, my goals are to help you get to where you want to be through assisting you in processing what you are feeling and experiencing, helping you uncover your strengths, and guiding you as you build your personal tool box of skills and tools that work best for you.
