Sometimes part of us wants to make a change and part of us holds us back. When we are feeling stuck, we can feel feel anxious, overwhelmed, disoriented or uncertain. Know that you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy may include a combination of experiential, EMDR, mindfulness, parts work, and/or solution-focused therapy. We'll build off your strengths and explore what will be most helpful for you. I especially have an affinity for working with emerging adults/young adults, creatives/those who work with creatives, and marginalized voices.
