I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. I have more than 10 years of experience working with survivors of trauma, abuse and victimization. I am with Cottonwood Counseling, a trauma focused counseling group. I provide strength-based and trauma informed therapy to children (0-17), adolescents, adults, & families with a variety of mental health issues and socio-culture backgrounds.
